TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using House Of Quarshie’s website, social media platforms, mobile application, or other online ordering channels, and by placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated and may change without prior notice. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, order, and delivery information. Orders are subject to availability and are only confirmed once accepted by the restaurant. Once food preparation or delivery has commenced, cancellations or changes may not be possible. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers should check their orders upon delivery and report missing, incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory items as soon as reasonably possible. Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Customers must inform us of any known food allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to the handling of various ingredients. Promotional offers and discounts may have additional conditions, expiry dates, or restrictions and may not be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to cancel orders where items are unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the delivery address is outside our service area, or fraudulent or inappropriate activity is suspected.

We may collect and process personal information such as your name, telephone number, delivery address, and order details to process orders and provide our services in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Customers must not misuse the platform, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or engage in unlawful activity. House Of Quarshie reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the State of Georgia and the United States, and any disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication before being referred to the appropriate legal or dispute-resolution process
